Our mission is to provide Houston OU Alumni with opportunities for friendship, accomplishment, enrichment and fun. With new leadership, new programs, and new purpose - we are dedicated to continuing a legacy of Sooner pride and committed to helping Houston Sooners build new and lasting relationships. Club events range from watch parties, networking functions, volunteer events, happy hours, cookout, and the annual golf tournament.
A Message from Our President
Fellow Houston Sooners,
For more than a half century, The OU Club of Houston has sought to bring the University of Oklahoma experience to the Texas Gulf Coast. In fact, you can't spell "H-O-U-S-T-O-N" without "OU."
We've done that in a number of ways: supporting efforts to recruit area high school students to attend The University, hosting local events, and providing scholarships to Houston area high school seniors. Along with that, an OU Club of Houston goal is to stand for community, camaraderie and connection.
If you're already a member, long-time or first-time, we say thank you. If you have yet to sign up, join our organization, follow us on socials to keep up up to date with our many activities, and invite your Sooner friends to become a part of OU Club of Houston too! The best way to get involved is joining one of our many events throughout the year to meet and connect with greater Houston's Sooner Alumni network.
